Ottawa police have tabled a draft 2021 budget that would see the net operating budget increase by $13.2 million next year. That means a $332.5-million net operating budget in 2021 that would see the average homeowner’s property tax bill pay $19 more dollars to police, bringing the total to $644. Read More
