The TD Ottawa Jazz Festival will present livestreamed concerts by Whitehorse, the Lemon Bucket Orkestra and a quintet of Ottawa and Toronto jazz musicians in mid-November, and if current COVID-19 restrictions lift, the festival will sell in-person tickets for the performances at Arts Court.
