At a media briefing Thursday afternoon, Hydro CEO Bryce Conrad says he hopes to bring power Thursday to the Bel Air and Iris Street areas; Colonnade and Prince of Wales Drive, Merivale between Slack and Hunt Club, Overbrook and large parts of Alta Vista.
