Canadians boast that there is no weather too cold for us. That is true for people who have access to a roof over their head, mittens, coats, hats and boots. On Monday morning, winter storms arrived, we had been through a weekend of frost-bite advisories, and those of us who have the privilege to do so have stayed indoors, safe and warm.
